Return Policy
In order In order for us to efficiently process your return credit and/or
claim of defective merchandise, we ask for your co-operation to write us either
by fax or mail. Please include in your written request the specific problem,
style number, color, and size of the merchandise involved.
Once you send in the defective merchandise to us, and if it is proven to have
arrived with our manufacture’s defects, we will credit your account
appropriately or replace the merchandise.
If in any case, the defects were not caused by our manufacture, we will not
issue credit. The defective merchandise will be sent back to you at your cost
for shipping and handling. Credit will not be given for shoes sold over one
year.
The freight for all returns on defective merchandise is to be prepaid by the
customer.
These are not new policies, but a reiteration and emphasis on our existing
ones. Your co-operation in this matter is necessary and important. We sincerely
